Hello! I’m Phylicia, and I started GLAM by Phy in 2016. I have had a passion for all things beauty since I was a small child. Since the start of the company, I have worked with over one hundred bridal parties all over the state of Texas. My company has been featured in numerous magazines, and is also employed by several Photographers. I specialize in glamour makeup and hair on all skin tones and hair types.
Melissa Morassini, Lead Makeup & Hair Artist
My name is Melissa Morassini! I am a certified, traveling professional makeup and hair artist. I am based in Houston, TX and I have been with the Glam by Phy Team since 2019. I can achieve any look ranging from natural glam, to high glam, or dramatic. I look forward to working with you for your big day!

My name is Mia and I'm a proud team member of Glam by Phy. Whether I am your main artist or assisting, I am excited and honored to be a part of your big day! While this is my beginning step into bridal make up, I have been doing make up for photo shoots and events for 5 years. Outside of my professionalism and artistry, I pride myself in being extroverted and an excellent conversationalist. I'll strive to add to the special memories that make your day incredible!

Hi, I’m Vanessa! I was born in Laredo, TX, but I was raised in Austin. I’ve always had an interest in hair since I was s little girl doing braids and curls. I am a licensed cosmetologist, and I received my certification from the Aveda Institute in Austin. I am so excited to work with you all.
